Responsibilities
Lead development of analytics products to support business needs of Marketing & Sales, Finance and other business units
Analyze internal and third-party data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities
Profile, clean, standardize, and enrich datasets in collaboration with data stewards
Build business process and data flow diagrams to support analytics and operational efficiency
Identify process improvement opportunities and support agile product development
Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Strong analytical, presentation and strategic thinking skills
Must be able to multi-task, adjust to changes in processes and priorities, and independently and effectively plan their work; experience working in agile teams
6+ years of experience in data analysis (automotive industry preferred)
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python
Strong understanding of data models, database design, and statistical analysis
Excellent negotiation and cross-functional skills are required to effectively balance priorities from various functional groups
Strong understanding of data models, database design, and statistical analysis
Understanding of financial statements, vPipe, VINPipe, SAP, HOST and 3rd party data (Urban Science, J.D. Power, Polk, etc.) is highly desirable
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Preferred
Previous experience in Marketing & Sales, Program Management or Finance
Experience with AWS, familiarity with data governance frameworks and tools
