Sales Development Representative
qbiq is an AI-powered SaaS platform that enables commercial real estate professionals to generate office test fits and space plans. They are seeking an Outbound SDR to generate qualified meetings through proactive prospecting and cold calling, focusing on outbound sales activities.
Responsibilities
Execute outbound prospecting only via cold calls (supportive work on email/LinkedIn)
Make a high volume of outbound calls to target accounts (100+/daily)
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
Research accounts and contacts to support relevant outreach
Manage and track all activity accurately in HubSpot
Follow defined outbound sequences and messaging frameworks
Work US business hours to align with prospects and the sales team
Continuously improve call talk tracks, objection handling, and conversion rates
Qualification
Required
1 year + of outbound SDR/BDR experience in SaaS
Comfortable with cold calling as a primary daily activity
Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM)
Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
Organized, disciplined, and metrics-driven
US-based and able to work US business hours
Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred
Familiarity with commercial real estate, proptech, architecture, or workplace strategy
