Formulate regional market expansion strategies, develop new clients, maintain key client relationships, and increase market share
Develop and manage distributor and partner channel systems, ensuring healthy and efficient channel operations
Be responsible for regional revenue targets, complete company-assigned sales tasks, monitor the sales process, and optimize strategies
Responsible for recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating the regional sales team, enhancing the team's business capabilities and competitiveness
Collaborate with product, solution, and delivery departments to drive project implementation and improve customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years' experience in marketing
Ability to multi-task
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
It must have sales experiences in VFDs, PLC, HMI, Servo (UPS, Data Centers sale experiences is a plus)
It will be mainly base in US
