Senior Marketing Coordinator

They are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support the strategic development of firmwide marketing campaigns and collateral, manage proposals, coordinate events, and collaborate with project teams.

Responsibilities
Lead the production of proposals ensuring quality control and brand consistency in format, design, and content
Produce and edit written proposal content; and create and produce interview slide decks
Work with technical champions to establish client focused proposal strategy and messaging
Update, organize, and maintain, the library of boilerplate proposal components, such as approach, workplan, selection criteria, and related files
Create and maintain project description, resume, and images (Vantagepoint, Open Asset, and OneNote)
Coordinate project and people photography
Maintain and update data and images (projects, employees, renderings, photography)
In partnership with the technical champion, lead the production of thought leadership pieces. This includes awards, conference abstracts, press, and media
Helps ensure consistent brand execution on both internal and external communication pieces
Under the direction of others, develop graphic design and layout for internal and external communications
Responsible for website oversite and maintenance ensuring content updates and monitoring of SEO, and Google analytics
Participate in event planning coordination and execution (job fairs, sponsored conferences, industry events)
Qualification
Required
Have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field, preferred but not required
Have 6+ years of marketing experience in a professional services setting; AEC industry experience a bonus
Have a high level of proficiency in Adobe InDesign and proficiency with other Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop and illustrator). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Be self-directed with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Have strong attention to detail and the ability to QA/QC their own work
Be able to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
