The role involves operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, and collaborating with team members to meet production and quality goals.

Responsibilities
Perform routine production functions including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, inspecting, and utility operations under general supervision
Maintain accurate production records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards
Conduct in-process quality checks and complete all quality documentation accurately
Support product requalification, rework, and documentation review as required
Assist with product and equipment changeovers
Support line technicians with equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance
Maintain clean, organized machinery, work areas, and floors
Perform quality inspections, process tests, and record data accurately
Enter and maintain production data related to PPH, scrap/waste, SAP, and MES transactions
Identify and report production or quality issues to the Cell Lead
Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) activities such as Blitzes, Kaizens, and KAS initiatives
Communicate effectively during shift handoffs to ensure continuity
Support business needs by working overtime as required
Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
Follow standard operating procedures and work safely under direct supervision
Qualification
Required
Manufacturing experience is mandatory
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English (mandatory)
Background check must be successfully completed prior to start
Ability to accurately read and interpret written specifications in English
Basic math skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Effective communication skills with coworkers and supervisors
Ability to work flexible or extended hours and maintain regular, punctual attendance
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with others
Willingness to learn, adapt, and rotate into different production tasks
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
