Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher; Accounting or Finance preferred
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Accounting and FP&A
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including GL accounting and reporting
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results
