Responsibilities
Take ownership over a coating process line, working closely with product developers on coating operations and ensuring smooth execution of processes
Additional responsibilities include analytical work, characterizing samples and materials, and conducting detailed analysis related to the projects and samples produced during the process line experiments
Operate and maintain a variety of mechanical equipment safely and efficiently
Handle chemicals with care, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines
Document all experimental procedures and results with precision and clarity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve process efficiency
Provide insights and feedback to enhance product development outcomes
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience as a Lab Tech
Proven mechanical aptitude and experience working with industrial equipment
Comfortable handling chemicals and working in a laboratory environment
Ability to follow complex instructions and adhere to safety regulations
Highschool Diploma required
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or R&D setting
Experience working with roll-to-roll (R2R) or continuous processing equipment
Experience use in Excel and Word
College degree in the sciences preferred
