Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations
Drive PVR, product penetration, and overall department profitability
Maintain accuracy and audit‑ready documentation in CDK
Oversee Darwin menu performance and presentation consistency
Strengthen lender relationships and funding speed
Improve F&I workflow, delivery times, and customer satisfaction
Manage reporting, forecasting, and performance KPIs
Contracts in transit must be managed and kept in compliance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of automotive F&I management experience
Proven track record of top PVR and product performance
Strong leadership and communication skills
Deep understanding of lender programs and compliance
Ability to thrive in a high‑volume dealership environment
Professional, organized, and customer‑focused
Speed in the process
Preferred
Experience with CDK, Darwin, or similar systems
