Responsibilities
~75% new business (“hunter”) focus, identifying and converting new commercial opportunities across Europe
Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy within pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences markets
Engage with sponsors, CMOs, CDMOs, clinical supply groups, and logistics stakeholders requiring temperature-controlled packaging solutions
Support the onboarding of new customers in collaboration with operations, technical, and project teams
Manage a limited number of existing “trading” accounts where there is clear potential for geographic expansion or increased solution penetration
Act as a subject-matter expert, leveraging your industry knowledge of cold chain and temperature-controlled packaging to position differentiated solutions
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across Europe
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within temperature-controlled packaging
Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within cold chain solutions
Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within pharmaceutical / biotech logistics or supply chain
Strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business
Solid understanding of GDP environments, pharma supply chains, and temperature-sensitive products
Ability to operate autonomously across multiple European markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-growing, project-driven environment
