Information Services

Responsibilities

Use ChatGPT, other AI tools, and your own custom GPTs & workflows to research accounts, craft hyper-personalized messaging, and iterate sequences at speed
Design, A/B test, and optimize multi-touch outreach sequences in Salesloft that smash reply- and meeting-rate benchmarks
Mine LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and intent data to map org charts, laser-target the right buyers, multi-thread stakeholders, and uncover whitespace in Insights, CX & Brand Strategy teams
Consistently land VP- and Director-level discovery calls that convert to qualified pipeline at 80 %+
Track connect rate, positive-reply rate, meeting-set rate, SAO conversion, and sourced ARR to drive your success
Partner daily with the VP of Sales to refine ICP, experiment with AI & tech stack, and share learnings across the revenue team

Qualification

Required

2+ years of quota-crushing BDR/SDR or B2B prospecting experience
Power-user fluency with ChatGPT/LLMs; bonus points for building prompt libraries, custom GPTs, or automations (Zapier, Make, Python)
Admin-level mastery of Salesloft —able to build, launch, and analyze sequences blindfolded
Demonstrated success breaking into $1B+ revenue enterprises and multi-threading executive buying groups
Obsession with data: you know your last quarter's inputs → outputs and can explain how you moved each lever
Self-starter mindset, bias for action, and love of learning in a high-growth, environment
Genuine interest in culturally-driven consumer insights, marketing analytics, or brand strategy
