Responsibilities
Dismantle, separate, and process electronic devices, components, and materials per customer specifications and operating procedures
Debox, sort, separate, and part-harvest electronic devices, components, and materials for resale and/or recycling in accordance with customer specifications and Standard Operating Procedures
Properly use manual and power hand tools to aid in dismantling of electronic and other devices
Help ensure that customer contract requirements are being achieved in accordance with Statement of Work; report any performance variations to appropriate management upon discovery
Maintain clean and organized workstation
Effectively use company systems and equipment to ensure accuracy of production process
Meet daily/monthly quota based on current metrics standards
Perform Lead Associate duties on occasion in their absence if requested
Where applicable, help ensure that inbound/outbound freight is coordinated effectively
Where applicable, operate mobile plant equipment and provide training as necessary
Participate in relevant training as required
Adhere to all security requirements
Adhere to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control requirements
Ability to comprehend and execute SOP’s and communicate changes to management
Reprogram and relabel memory. Ability to operate memory reprogramming and relabelling equipment. Review test results and identify potential errors as they occur
