Responsibilities
You will contribute to legal and related business matters, as well as identify, anticipate, and propose solutions to legal risks in the client’s business, technology, and public policy
You will also collaborate with outside counsel to address and resolve project-specific issues
Draft and negotiate transactional documents, as well as monitor business activity to ensure legal compliance policies are followed and also help clients understand compliance issues, identify risks and offer solutions along the way
Identify opportunities and tools, as well as provide continuous feedback to improve process efficiencies within your role aand also propose efficiencies to budget management, and model compliance, privacy, and data security
Collaborate with the Legal and Corporate Affairs work group to raise issues and support ideas
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor Degree or international equivalent degree AND 1+ year(s) experience as a practicing attorney
+ OR equivalent experience
Active license to practice law in a jurisdiction and capable of meeting admission requirements in relevant jurisdiction
Preferred
Juris Doctor Degree or international equivalent degree AND 2+ years experience as a practicing attorney
+ OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) experience as an attorney in specialized practice area (e.g., marketing, copyright)
