Responsibilities
Develop partnerships with internal technical stakeholders and external suppliers to define the test strategy for devices returns
Ensure successful implementation into global and regional support strategies
Manage resources and investments in CapEx to tactically deliver results in alignment with organizational and business unit strategies
Create technical requirements for compliant screening and repair operations through stable and scalable solutions
Identify risks and advocate for opportunities with SW and HW design teams to ensure efficient device recovery
Lead cross-functional continuous improvement programs which focus on people, processes, and equipment/fixturing to deliver more efficient device recovery
Represent post-sales support in closed-loop product performance mechanisms
Use, advocate for, and influence the use of generative AI solutions to improve team efficiency and operational execution success
Qualification
Required
7+ years of new hardware products development experience
7+ years of engineering team management experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
Experience in new hardware product development
Experience in DFx (cost, test, manufacturing)
Experience with the project management of technical projects
Preferred
Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Power Engineering, or a related field
Experience developing products for large volume production
Knowledge of tooling and materials process validation (SPC, Cp, CpK)
