Responsibilities
Lead the development and commercialization of new packaging solutions, quality improvements, and material sourcing initiatives
Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of packaging projects across multiple brands, ensuring timely achievement of key milestones
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch packaging for new product innovations
Provide technical expertise in the qualification and approval of new packaging formats, suppliers, and manufacturing sites
Champion the optimization of digital systems and work processes to enhance operational efficiency
Identify and pursue opportunities in consumer-centric and sustainable packaging innovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in packaging development and/or engineering, with deep knowledge of packaging design, quality systems, plant operations, equipment and working with other functions
Solid understanding of various packaging materials, structural design principles, printing technologies, and manufacturing processes
