Responsibilities

You will contribute your knowledge of engineering practices and problem-solving to perform mechanical design and development activities
You will support, contribute, and collaborate in a team environment, receiving inputs from program or team experts, and work on projects, determining and developing approaches and solutions

Required

Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
Experience with CREO or similar 3D modeling tools
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Preferred

Specific majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM discipline
Knowledge of mechanical or electrical design, engineering, and analysis
Knowledge of manufacturing methods and processes, including machining, casting, forging, welding, and bonding
Knowledge of mechanical drawing practices, dimensioning, and tolerancing
