Required

One year of Customer Service experience performing functions such as cash handling experience in a large customer call center
Sitting position for extended periods of time
Experience handling complex customer service requests
Type 40 or more words per minute
Proficiency in navigating multiple computer monitors at the same time
Excellent verbal communication and a desire to effectively listen and resolve customer concerns
Commitment to continuous improvement, collaborative teamwork, and excellent customer service
Knowledge of Solid Waste customer service or government utility
Ability to handle complex customer service requests
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Using computer terminals to input, update, and query information
Cisco Finesse/Jabber or a related phone software
Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) databases and/or software
Interpreting and applying rules and regulations
Daily data entry into a customer database
Bilingual in Spanish
