Accounting Manager
AccruePartners is a privately held telecommunications services organization supporting critical infrastructure for a broad customer base. They are seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a small accounting team while actively managing day-to-day accounting operations and contributing to strategic financial initiatives.

Responsibilities
Oversee preparation and posting of journal entries and support month-end and period-end close processes
Manage financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Lead and supervise a small accounting team, providing guidance and oversight on daily activities
Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including documentation and auditor requests
Analyze financial results and support budgeting and forecasting activities
Contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making initiatives
Use advanced Microsoft tools and ERP or financial systems to streamline workflows and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Active CPA required
5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
Hands-on experience with journal entries, close processes, and financial statement preparation
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools and experience with ERP or financial systems
Proven background in audits, financial reporting, budgeting, and GAAP compliance
Preferred
Experience in a highly technical or regulated industry is a plus
