Identify, scope, and drive high impact technical and user facing projects
Advise leadership on technical decisions and strategy
Mentor and advise other engineers as well as peers on technical and personal advancement
Drive technical decision making and implementation through hands-on and technically deep work
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of experience working in complex environments
Strong technical background
Excels in written and verbal communication
Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve proposed implementations or incumbent systems
Ability to work in dynamic and ambitious environments with a diverse group of individuals
Preferred
Experience with front-end technologies: React, Typescript
Experience with back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, C++
Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker
Experience with Github Actions
Background in robotics
