Responsibilities
Assist with the student application and enrollment processes, working to complete tasks as assigned including but not limited to:
Application processing
Answering questions about the application process
Tracking and reviewing enrollment documents and data
Generating enrollment status reports
Requesting overdue application parts
Communicate with applicants and parents from pre-application inquiries, during the application and enrollment phases, and through the program as needed
Maintain clear and organized records of enrollment progress and reports
Assist with post-program evaluation documents, photos, and other records
Monitors incoming requests and drafts alumni letters of recommendation for review
Assist with College Link mentor and mentee records and communication
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
4-year degree in any field
1-2 years of experience in program, project, or office administration
Ability to communicate by phone, video, and in writing with students and families in a kind and firm manner, delivering clear and consistent instructions and information
Attention to detail, specifically with managing database records and document files
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while staying responsive and communicative
Demonstrates commitment to SSPI's Mission and Values in their daily work and interactions
Authorization to work in the United States
