Responsibilities
Assist with the planning department to expedite orders and manage inventory for a continuous production flow
Process general administrative tasks as directed
Administer the Vendor Master Inbox, processing requests, resolving issues, and responding to stakeholder inquiries promptly
Set up new vendors and update current vendor details, including addresses and contact information
Report activities to support tactical procurement and business operations
Provide first-line system support for external supplier partners facing data issues
Educate employees in the system and create training materials
Qualification
Required
Expertise in supply chain management
Proficiency in ERP systems
Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience within supply chain operations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree from top supply chain programs is preferred
