This role focuses on maintaining daily operations, collaborating with retail partners to optimize workflows, and leveraging AI tools to automate and scale workflows.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to optimize internal and external sales processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and scalability
Manage day-to-day sales operations tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of Amazon Devices
Evaluate current processes and systems to identify areas for automation, and partner with NASO product managers to implement automation solutions that increase productivity and reduce manual effort
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Channel Marketing, Field Sales, Finance, Logistics and Tech to align on process improvements and ensure seamless integration of sales operations with other departments
Collaborate with external partners, such as vendors and distributors, to optimize processes and improve collaboration for mutual benefit
Utilize data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, informing strategic decision-making and driving continuous optimization of sales operations
Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for sales processes and systems, ensuring that team members are equipped to effectively utilize tools and follow established procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards, and implement measures to continuously monitor and improve quality in sales operations

Required

5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Preferred

5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
