Financial Advisor
The Well is a growing, independent wealth management and financial planning firm based in Metro Atlanta. They are seeking a Financial Advisor (Associate/Servicing) to help manage a recently acquired client base while building their own book with internal support and mentorship.

Responsibilities
Serve as a relationship-focused advisor for an existing client book, supporting a smooth transition and high-touch service
Lead and participate in client meetings (in-person and Zoom), including reviews, planning conversations, and implementation follow-ups
Develop trust-based client relationships that naturally generate referrals and additional assets
Build through centers of influence (COIs) and networking (attorneys, CPAs, business owners, etc.)
Partner with internal planning, trading, and administrative resources so you can stay focused on client-facing work
Use model portfolios when appropriate, while thoughtfully customizing when it’s in the client’s best interest
Document client interactions and planning action items, and maintain strong follow-through on commitments
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of financial planning and wealth management experience (planning exposure is important)
Active securities licensing required and Life & Health License
Comfortable advising through a planning-first, client-first lens (no product quotas)
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly (financial planning, tax, and workflow tools)
High EQ, authentic communication style, and a team-first mindset (collaborative, coachable)
Enjoys educating clients and simplifying complexity without talking down to people
Preferred
CFP® preferred; if not currently held, strong willingness to obtain
Series 7 + 66 preferred; equivalent combinations considered
