Responsibilities
Create engaging UGC-style content (short-form videos/posts) aligned with campaign goals
Upload and publish 3 posts per week consistently
Follow content briefs while bringing your own creativity and ideas
Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and best practices
Collaborate with the team and implement feedback to improve performance
Qualification
Required
Currently a college student (or recent graduate)
0–6 months of relevant experience in UGC creation or short-form content
Comfortable creating content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, or Shorts
Self-motivated, consistent, and eager to learn
Preferred
Interest in fashion, tech, or creator economy is a plus
Those with previous success in creating high-performing UGC content will be preferred applicants
