Responsibilities
Plans and conducts qualitative and quantitative research projects to completion, including but not limited to design, data collection, tabulation, analysis and presentation
Develops and performs analysis of research utilizing various methods of data and sample collection according to established statistical methods (i.e. surveys, questionnaires, in-depth interviewing, etc.)
Creates analyses and presentations which highlight research findings
Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with research suppliers/consultants to coordinate and supervise research projects
Consults with internal clients to integrate research and analysis to support key project initiatives
Performs other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Spanish and English required
Requires minimum of two (2) years experience conducting market research, preferably in the healthcare or health insurance industry
Requires knowledge of research techniques and resources
Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows based environment, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes; Should be knowledgeable in the use of intranet and internet applications
