Design and prototype engaging digital experiences using Figma, ensuring alignment with modern design practices
Conduct research and analysis to gather client insights and inform design decisions through workshops and user interviews
Perform competitive analysis to identify market solutions and enhance product usability
Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve design quality, focusing on higher-level creative tasks
Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages creativity and continuous learning
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and MURAL for prototyping and collaboration
Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to drive design decisions
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on open dialogue and respect for diverse perspectives
Experience in design thinking methodologies and user-centered design practices
Preferred
Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
Knowledge of the banking or financial services industry
