Sales Administrative Assistant
TCC Multi-Family Interiors is a leading provider of flooring and interior solutions for the multi-family housing industry. They are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to their National Account Managers and Directors, ensuring accurate CRM data management, proposal generation, and effective communication processes.

Responsibilities
Facilitate accurate pricing proposal generation and new project setup
Execute BidCalc revisions to support precise estimations
Collect and organize critical project information for the sales team
Assemble comprehensive bid packets and project submittals
Support development of project budgets and ensure accurate CRM data entry
Generate CoStar reports and assist with front-end prospecting to identify new opportunities
Maintain CRM for open opportunities with consistent updates on revenue, contacts, priority, and close percentages
Produce and analyze open-opportunity reports to support sales pipeline management
Assist with follow-up on open opportunities and systematically update opportunity notes
Manage and prioritize a dynamic list of projects in the estimating pipeline
Support development of comprehensive price logs by reviewing specifications and plans
Develop detailed BidCalcs, project budgets, and proposals for final review and approval
Efficiently process and manage bid revisions
Serve as primary point of contact for client communications, providing timely updates
Proactively gather critical project information to ensure smooth progression
Collect and organize Request for Information (RFI) responses
Coordinate training support for Sales Interns
Distribute approved Letters of Intent (LOIs) and schedule follow-up reminders
Qualification
Required
2+ years in sales support, estimating, or construction administrative role
High School Diploma required
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Outstanding work ethic and commitment to success
Excellent business ethics, professionalism, and integrity
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability to change
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Multi-family construction industry experience preferred
Some college preferred
Experience with CRM systems and CoStar
Construction industry knowledge, particularly multi-family projects
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently
