General customer service duties
Strong computer skills
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Experience in engaging comfortably and courteously with residents, staff, and visitors
Clerical and administrative support to the Executive Director
Track resident charges and record for billing purposes
Maintain accounts receivable, accounts payable
Assist with answering all incoming calls in a warm, pleasant and professional manner
Greet all visitors, residents, family members, and employees in a warm and helpful manner
General customer service duties
Strong computer skills
Regular, punctual attendance
Ability to remain calm during emergency situations
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
Operate within Village Concepts established policies and procedures
Preferred
Marketing experience
AP/AR processing: 1 year
