The primary responsibility of this role is to manage emergency hotline calls, provide situational awareness, and monitor facilities for security issues.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Answering Emergency Hotline calls and gathering information from employees
Completing Intake Forms as per standards and submitting the electronic form to engage proper teams to assist callers
Situational Awareness of events and incidents that could cause an impact to people or operations
Monitoring of our facilities for burglary or damage through CCTV and may include Electrical and HVAC systems
Complete daily reporting as per SOP
Escalation to appropriate authorities or our teams should suspicious activity occur
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
2+ years of customer service experience within a call center environment
Verbal and written communication or documenting to ask questions on more detail
Analytical/problem solving
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to focus and multi-task
Preferred
A strong work ethic with a solid record of dependability is crucial
Broad retail experience is beneficial
Communication skills across a variety of channels including Outlook, Teams, Phones, etc
