They are seeking an organized and proactive Events & Operations Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of lacrosse camps and live brand activations while supporting day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and manage lacrosse camps, clinics, and travel events
Coordinate venue bookings, insurance, equipment, staffing, and registration workflows
Serve as on-site lead during camps (check-in, setup, timing, flow, parent and participant communication)
Source and manage relationships with coaches, trainers, and facility partners
Maintain calendars, timelines, and standard operating procedures for recurring events
Process sign-ups, forms, waivers, and camp-related documentation
Support travel booking for Mitchell & team (flights, lodging, ground transportation)
Assist with vendor relations (merch suppliers, field rentals, media partners)
Ensure events align with brand identity and experience quality standards
Provide event feedback to improve participant satisfaction and efficiency
Collaborate with the content team to capture event footage and highlight moments
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and planning skills — you're the person who makes sure nothing slips
Experience in event coordination, operations, logistics, or team management
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills — especially in fast-moving environments
Comfortable speaking with parents, coaches, partners, and athletes
Ability to travel for events (mostly week days, seasonal flexibility)
Passion for sports culture — lacrosse background is a plus, but not required
Preferred
Experience running or staffing sports camps, youth sports programs, tournaments, or live events
Familiarity with tools like: Google Workspace, Notion, Excel/Sheets, Signup/Registration tools
