Required
10+ of experience working in an investments-focused capacity for an institutional CRE firm
3+ years of experience in a senior-level role originating and sourcing both equity and debt opportunities, across multiple product types, in an institutional environment
Ability to underwrite and lead due diligence activities, along with negotiating JVs, PSAs, and debt terms
Experience leading small teams
Exposure to asset management, development, and portfolio management
