Boiler Field Service Technician - Industrial Boilers
Remx is seeking an experienced Boiler Field Service Technician to install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial and commercial boiler systems at customer sites. This hands-on field role requires expertise in steam systems, burners, and safety-critical equipment while working independently in industrial environments.

Responsibilities
Perform startup, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of industrial boiler systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and combustion-related issues
Service burners, fuel trains, valves, pumps, and associated boiler auxiliaries
Conduct combustion analysis and system tuning
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs
Complete preventive maintenance inspections and safety checks
Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and recommendations
Accurately document service work, reports, and parts usage
Travel to customer sites within the assigned territory (regional travel)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience servicing industrial or commercial boilers
Strong understanding of steam systems, burners, and combustion controls
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Comfortable working in industrial environments and around high-pressure systems
Preferred
Experience with packaged boilers, watertube, or firetube systems
Familiarity with major boiler manufacturers and burner systems
Combustion analyzer experience
HVAC, electrical, or instrumentation background
OSHA or safety certifications
