Responsibilities

Analyze existing systems and business processes to identify requirements and design solutions
Write, test, and debug programs to ensure functionality and adherence to specifications
Provide ongoing system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with business users, developers, and IT teams to understand needs and communicate technical concepts
Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system design documents
Identify and resolve issues within systems and applications
Support corporate strategic planning by translating business needs into technical solutions

Required

Minimum of 4+ years of experience using .Net programming skills, with clarity on resume regarding when used and when last used
Knowledge of database structures and management systems, with strong preference for experience in large, regulated industry environments
Minimum of 4+ years in seat as a System Analyst
4+ years of directly related experience
Degree(s) related to computer science
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

Preferred

Ability to maintain composure in high-intensity situations
Experience in the financial industry
