Responsibilities

The attorney will manage complex Employment Law and Personal Injury cases from inception through resolution
The attorney will prepare and draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and develop litigation strategies
The attorney will represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials, and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
The attorney will mentor junior associates and collaborate with team members to achieve successful outcomes

Required

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active license in good standing with the California State Bar
Minimum of five years of plaintiff-side representation experience
Strong experience in Employment Law and Personal Injury litigation
Proficiency in preparing and drafting legal documents
Conducting legal research
Excellent litigation and courtroom experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage client relationships effectively
Proven success handling complex cases
Ability to mentor junior associates
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
