NTO Researcher (property/legal research)
NACM South Atlantic is seeking a Notice to Owner Researcher to join their Orlando, Florida office. The role involves researching construction projects through public records and managing client communications, while providing training for entry-level applicants.
Responsibilities
File management – manage requests from Client
Handle communications with Clients – over the phone and via email
Locate and develop relevant legal information and public data
Data entry of basic information from legal documents and public data
Monitor deadlines pursuant to statutory guidelines
Perform property research using public records websites and programs
Qualification
Required
Exceptional Keyboarding Skills
Proficiency in reading, writing, and editing
Accuracy & attention to detail is critical in this position
Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Both written and verbal
Ability to make logical decisions with the instructions provided
Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines
Ability to work closely with others in the department
Preferred
Experience in the construction industry with Florida Notice to Owner documents
Experience with Florida Construction Lien Law
Experience in wholesale commercial credit
Experience in legal or paralegal fields
Experience in the wholesale construction supply industry
