Responsibilities

Perform on-chip electrical testing of power amplifiers, LNAs, and other RFICs
Set up the RF test bench for measurements and conduct manual on-wafer/on-die probing
RFIC device characterization and performance measurements
Design RF PCBs for RFIC products and internal use
Analyze test data and prepare characterization reports
Automate RFIC testing through scripting
Validate setups by comparing setup performance to a standard

Required

BS or MS in electrical engineering or related technical field
2+ years of hands-on experience in RF and mmWave testing and characterization of compound semiconductor and/or silicon-based integrated circuits
Skilled in manual on-die probing and test setup configuration, including calibration, measurement automation, and data analysis
Hands-on experience with operation and/or programming of on-wafer test equipment such as network analyzers, signal generators, power supplies, power meters, and spectrum analyzers
Understanding of RF theory and standard test practices
Must be willing to work on-site full-time at our office in Atlanta, GA

Preferred

Experience performing HTOL and temperature testing
Experience with built-in self-test methods
Experience scripting in python and/or MATLab for measurement automation
Experience with power amplifier and LNA measurement and characterization
Experience in RFIC design and characterization
