Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique technology needs and proposing tailored solutions
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience
Partner with technical teams and subject matter experts to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs
Actively pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, market research, and leveraging Usherwood's world class CRM tools
Expand Usherwood's presence within your local territory by gaining new market share and delivering world-class customer service to existing accounts
Stay updated on industry trends and Usherwood’s product offerings to provide expert recommendations to clients

Qualification

Required

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required
Must be comfortable with meeting new people, cold calling, and prospecting
Self-Motivated, Client-Focused, and Driven to exceed sales targets
A “hunter mentality” with a passion for closing deals and nurturing current customer accounts
Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your local assigned territory

Preferred

5+ years of B to B sales experience, preferably in Technology, IT Services, or office equipment sales
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred, but not required with equivalent experience
