Responsibilities
Perform structural analysis and design for building projects using a variety of materials and systems
Assist with evaluations of existing structures, including field observations and condition assessments
Prepare structural calculations, technical narratives, and construction documents
Develop drawings and details using Revit in coordination with project teams
Support construction-phase activities, including site visits and coordination with contractors
Collaborate with internal team members and external project partners
Contribute to schedules, budgets, and design solutions appropriate to experience level
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
3-7 years of structural engineering experience
EIT required
Experience with building codes and structural design standards
Proficiency with Revit
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable performing occasional field work, including site visits and assessments
Preferred
Master's degree with a structural emphasis
PE preferred
Familiarity with structural analysis software (FEA experience a plus)
