Responsibilities

Work with engineering, data science, design on prioritizing features and building high quality product
Work with operations and regional teams to translate a global product into local operational contexts and nuances
Work with leadership on long term strategy and vision for Uber Courier
Constantly learn from our users about the use cases they care about and build expansion opportunities

Required

8+ years of product experience delivering successful and innovative products
4+ years of experience managing PMs and building product organizations
Excellent track record of building best-in-class consumer products
Customer obsession and exceptional user and product instincts
Ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions
Proficiency with data: You can find the data you need and turn it into an insightful story, demonstrating its value in decision-making
Demonstrated a strong sense of ownership for business and product growth
A high bar across the board, from your own contributions to the people you work with, to the products you build
A true passion for Uber's mission, our products, and the company's hybrid technology/operations nature
A strong desire to grow and learn

Preferred

Founder background, either owning business lines inside larger companies or at startups
Experience owning and leading strategy for lines of business
Experience at a high-growth company
Entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrated through identifying and executing on opportunities in ambiguous problem spaces
