Greet and seat dinner guests warmly and professionally
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Micros POS system
Provide detailed knowledge of dinner menu offerings, wine list, and daily specials
Upsell premium items to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales
Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and timing meet Westin standards
Anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction, and resolve concerns promptly
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
Maintain a polished, clean, and professional dining environment
Accurately handle payments, following cash-handling and credit card procedures
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualification
Required
Previous restaurant serving experience required; fine dining or hotel restaurant experience preferred
Familiarity with Micros POS or similar systems strongly desired
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
Ability to multitask and remain composed during high-volume dinner service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
