Responsibilities
Analyze and redesign business and technology-enabled processes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience
Perform root cause analysis, data analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations
Document processes using standard business process mapping methodologies
Independently implement process improvements and system enhancements
Build and maintain process measurement systems (KPIs, monitoring, controls)
Partner with business, operations, and technology leaders to align processes with strategic goals
Promote best practices and support adoption across teams
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in process improvement, business consulting, or project management
Six Sigma knowledge
Strong background in business process analysis and design
Proven experience leading change across multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion
KPI and performance measurement frameworks
OKRs
Power BI or similar analytics tools
Enterprise process architecture experience
