Responsibilities
Lead UX design efforts for complex Enterprise Web/SaaS and Mobile applications
Create and maintain Information Architecture (IA) documents, including wireframes, user stories, personas, customer journey maps, and high-fidelity visuals
Produce high-quality deliverables in fast-paced sprint cycles and present them in stakeholder UX review meetings
Conduct problem discovery research to uncover deep user insights and apply findings to design solutions
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design concepts to technical and non-technical teams
Apply design systems thinking to handle complex cross-functional inputs and translate them into actionable UX requirements
Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Stay updated with industry trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools to continually enhance user experience
Explain and justify design decisions based on established design principles, standards, and research
Collaborate effectively with UX teams, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure cohesive and high-quality product designs
Qualification
Required
10+ years in UX/UI design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Information Architecture, or related fields
Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, and other UI/UX prototyping tools
Proven ability to design for Enterprise Web/SaaS and Mobile applications
Demonstrated experience in conducting user research, problem discovery, and usability testing
Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards
Excellent ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting designs to diverse stakeholders
Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset; able to integrate feedback and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to question assumptions, gather and analyze information, and innovate design solutions
Motivated, positive, and open to continuous learning and improvement
Preferred
Ability to take ownership of design initiatives and work closely with Product Management and Engineering
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Open to receiving and integrating feedback from multi-disciplinary teams
Professional, confident, and clear in presenting design rationale
