Responsibilities

Prepare data for analysis, assess completeness and quality of data, and perform feature engineering
Communicate effectively and confidently with business partners, project team members, and senior management
Work with data and have a strong understanding of analytics and how it is leveraged within the healthcare/pharmacy industry
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Math, Operation Research, Statistics, Health Policy, or other related field with 1+ years of professional experience in extracting actionable insights from the analysis and interpreting outcomes of complex models to present to business audiences including technical, non-technical, and senior leaders
Preparing data for analysis, assess completeness and quality of data, and perform feature engineering
Communicating effectively and confidently with business partners, project team members, and senior management
Working with data and have a strong understanding of analytics and how it is leveraged within the healthcare/pharmacy industry
1+ years of experience applying modern machine learning techniques to build predictive models for classification, regression, and time series problems
1+ years' experience with general linear models, including regression and time series techniques etc
1+ years of experience coding in Python or similar programming language
1+ year experience with SQL
Preferred
3+ years of experience coding in Python
1+ years of experience with Tableau or other visualization tool
Experience with Databricks and cloud (Azure, GCP) platforms
Experience with gitlab and version control, as well as MLOps procedures
Knowledge of deep learning and big data tools and techniques
Prior experience developing & deploying advanced analytics models supporting Underwriting or Actuarial domains
