Estimate 10-20 jobs weekly, involving detailed inspections of primarily crack/damaged/sunken concrete, with the possibility of the occasional foundation repair estimate
Thorough diagnosis of settling concrete or structural damage - being the expert eyes on site
Engage in consistent follow-ups with homeowners throughout the sales journey to secure deals and foster trust
Qualification
Required
Ability to navigate crawl spaces; being claustrophobic isn't an option here
Must be proficient in basic technology
Must be able to see a problem, critically think and come up with the solution to the problem
Commitment to delivering a professional and positive customer experience
Availability to lead up efforts Monday through Saturday
Proficiency with company technology and tools
A close rate of at least 50% on all leads
