Responsibilities
Assist with resident income certifications and annual recertifications in accordance with LIHTC guidelines
Conduct third-party verifications of income, assets, and expenses
Accurately calculate household income and rent limits based on program requirements
Maintain organized and compliant resident files
Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support to residents and applicants
Respond to resident inquiries and assist with leasing and move-in processes
Support the Property Manager with administrative tasks and compliance reporting
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in affordable housing or property management
Familiarity with LIHTC regulations and income qualification processes
Strong math and documentation skills for income calculations
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi preferred)
