Responsibilities
Contribute to HR projects related to talent development, diversity & inclusion, and process improvement
Support employee relations efforts by addressing basic employee inquiries, escalating complex issues to HR professionals, and maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters
Stay up-to-date with HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and drive continuous improvement in HR processes
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees
Help maintain HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
Participate in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events
Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and communications
Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support as needed
Participation leads to ownership. Get involved as often as you can
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
