Inside Sales Executive, Contractors and Wireless - North America
Network Wireless Solutions (NWS) is a leading distributor and manufacturer of Fiber Optic and Wireless Infrastructure and Custom Cable Solutions. The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, providing product knowledge and support, and maintaining strong customer relationships within the telecom distribution channel.

Responsibilities
Manage inbound sales inquiries
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
Prepare quotes, ensuring accuracy of pricing, margins, and product availability
Provide product information and recommendations across telecom solutions
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to confirm lead times, promotions, and special pricing
Support outside sales representatives with account management, quoting, and follow-up
Monitor open orders, backorders, and returns to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and activity metrics
Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and vendor programs
Qualification
Required
3-5 experience in a sales role within the IT or Communications sector preferably servicing PCS/Cellular Carriers and OEM's will be considered an asset
Familiar with selling products or services with a sales cycle of 3 to 6 months
Specific experience in building a strong client network in their territory
Thorough knowledge and demonstrated success in selling Professional (Engineering) Services will be given extra consideration
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of wireless and telecom solutions
Energetic and self-motivated 'hunter' with a passion for new business sales
Customer service and troubleshooting skills with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding quota
Effective phone interaction and cold-calling skills
Understands solution selling and creating value for business customers
Solid sales skills and understanding of how to manage a sales funnel
Proven ability to prospect and cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers
Ability to travel, when required
