Responsibilities
Help design, implement the core backend services and pipelines that integrate with various other enterprise services including LLMs and bring Gen AI services
Ensure LLM based code generation is accurate, and integrate with various enterprise services
Collaborate with Machine Learning engineers, Software engineers, and other data scientists to deliver an end to end solution for this platform
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or related experience
Proven experience in building complex agentic systems using LLMs
Strong programming skills, with a background in software architecture design and development
4+ years of software engineering experience specializing in enterprise software development, with expertise in backend technologies including Java and Python, along with strong proficiency in database technologies and CI/CD solutions
Strong programming skills building backend API services using Python and/or Java
Preferred
Experience in Machine Learning with a particular emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation(RAG) and Generative AI
Experience working on platform engineering or a developer experience platform is a plus
Collaborative mindset to brainstorm on architectural patterns to arrive at the best approach
Keen interest in keeping up with the latest in the industry
Communicating effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams
