The successful candidate will work closely with project teams and application owners to document releases and guide them through change and approval processes.

Responsibilities
Work with project teams to understand release requirements, coordinate release details, and ensure all necessary approvals are gathered
Adhere to Enterprise Change Management Standards using key toolsets
Document processes, procedures, and workflows associated with applications
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly understand and follow the defined Enterprise Change Process for release readiness and delivery
Strong communication skills with the ability to drive processes across the organization
Knowledge of JIRA and BMC Remedy
Preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Quick learner and self-starter with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Client Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
