Responsibilities
Coordinate staffing and scheduling across events and daily operations
Build and adjust schedules based on event forecasts and operational needs
Manage schedule communication, call-offs and last-minute staffing adjustments
Communicate shift details clearly, including reporting location, uniform requirements, and expectations
Assist with hiring coordination, onboarding, and scheduling of orientations and training
Monitor timekeeping for accuracy and submit payroll information within required deadlines
Ensure staffing practices comply with Levy, Compass Group, and labor regulation requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in staffing coordination, hospitality, warehouse, or culinary operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with scheduling and timekeeping systems
