Responsibilities
Operate offline die cutting machines, including models with blanking capability
Perform a variety of make-readies and machine setups
Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve defects during production
Make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
Monitor machine operations and maintain production standards
Perform basic mathematical calculations (percentages, weights, and measurements)
Adhere to safety, quality, and production guidelines at all times
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of offline die cutting experience
Folding carton industry experience required
Ability to troubleshoot and adjust die cutting machines
Strong mathematical skills related to production measurements
High School diploma or GED
Preferred
Experience operating Cleveland or Bobst die cutters preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Leadership and team management experience
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality objectives
